Cotton Herringbone Blanket - Olive Green

The worst thing about this wonderful cotton blanket is the name. Why Cloudscape Linen when it doesn't contain any flax plant fibers? Sure, "bed linens" are associated with it, but still, there's that unnecessary association.

This is a beautiful, reasonably dense, heavy, generous-sized cotton blanket. I love it. Woven cotton blankets have been a long-time favorite of mine because they let your skin breathe. Unlike most, this has a tighter weave that won't unravel. The weight helps me feel more secure and calms me down, making it easier to fall asleep.

My other blankets are also supposed to be queen-sized, but this one is larger. Great color too.

This is one of the softest blankets I own. I love the texture and high-quality cotton material. Thickness is just perfect for the majority of our winters here in central Texas. Very breathable. I use it on a queen mattress and the sizing is perfect, offering plenty of extra blanket to tuck at the bottom and hang over the sides. Extra attention to detail was put into packaging as it comes with a nice canvas bag.

This blanket is just what I was hoping for. It is thin but tightly woven so provides even light coverage. I cover my bed with it, so my dog does not get my bedspread dirty. The weave is tight enough so that my golden retriever's nails don't snag on it. I washed and dried it to manufacturer's instructions, and it came out even nicer than new. It softened up more and did shrink a bit. It went from 92x92 to 89x86. That is less shrinkage than I expected for a 100% cotton blanket.

This blanket is nice and soft. The materials are excellent. It's got good thickness to it, but not too thick where it's uncomfortable. I really like the color. It's nice and bright. All the stitching looks really good. Like I said, very soft. Excellent job, people. Great value for the money.
